Lived Experiences of Adults about Religious Orientation and Spirituality

The current research aimed to explore the experiences of young and middle-aged adults having internal religious orientation high spirituality. purposive sample consists 8 participants with a distribution 4 adults. These were drawn from total 20 participants, based on their scores scale, spirituality wellness test. A semi-structured interview was designed, consisting 23 questions previous literature. Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) used analyze data. results study indicated that who have religiousness level reported humans suffer for deeds. This has wide implications in field positive psychology religion.
